James T. Judson

James T. Judson has served as a Director of Omnicell since April 2006. Mr. Judson joined Omnicell in February 2005 as Vice President, Finance and was appointed Executive Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer in April of that year. He then served as Omnicell’s Vice President, Corporate Development from March through July of 2006. Mr. Judson has over 30 years of financial management experience, including 20 years with Sun Microsystems, Inc., a computer systems and software company. He served as Vice President of Finance and Planning for the Worldwide Operations Group of Sun Microsystems from 1998 until his retirement from the company in 2002. Mr. Judson’s career included executive leadership roles in strategic planning, systems and business process re-engineering, acquisition integration, pricing, tax strategies, and external reporting. Mr. Judson received a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.
