Joanne Bauer

Joanne Bauer has served as a Director of Omnicell since January 2014. As a senior healthcare and CPG executive with extensive general management and P&L experience, Ms. Bauer has a successful track record growing global businesses. She has over 30 years’ experience with Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, where she led the growth of its healthcare business. Ms. Bauer was the President of Health Care from 2001-2014, building the business to a successful spin from Kimberly-Clark in 2014 as a NYSE-traded company, Halyard Health. Ms. Bauer was instrumental in growing the Health Care business through acquisitions, innovation, international expansion, and restructuring the supply chain footprint. She was also part of the original team that launched the first consumer incontinence brand, Depend Incontinence Products.

Ms. Bauer is on the board of Advocate Aurora Health Care and serves on the CEO Advisory Council for Council Capital Investments. She is also a member of The Committee of 200 (C200), and a founding member of Access Circles. She previously served on the Board of Directors of AdvaMed, the Advanced Medical Technology Association, and MedShare, a nonprofit organization providing medical supplies globally.
