With the company since 2022, Kai is responsible for assisting customers with their technical requests to deliver on the outcomes they expect from the Omnicell solutions. He is passionate about customer satisfaction and carries the message of the importance of customer centricity within his team. Kai holds a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences from Freiburg University.
