Omnicell launches XT Amplify - Innovative solutions designed to enhance pharmacy and nursing efficiency, reduce medication errors and waste, and ultimately maximise the value of XT Automated Dispensing System.

The solution combines upgrade of the Omnicenter Virtual server, 1 year included of MedXpert: digital solution for inventory management and consulting services to allow customers to stay current with the latest operating systems to ensure infrastructure readiness today, while providing a foundation for the evolving and expanding health system, with a flavor of innovation and expert services to help you assess your medication practices.
XT OS refresher
This comprehensive XT cabinet upgrade is intended to provide a high level of security with XT cabinet facing end of life Operating systems with Win10 2016.
MedXpert
This inventory management software is designed to manage medication housed within the XT cabinet, Anesthesia Workstations and open-shelf locations, providing insights into stockout events, stock value, key performance indicators, E-controlled drug register and optimization recommendations. This should extend the benefits of existing equipment while helping customers improve their practices leveraging expert services.
MedChill
Intended to improve the safety and security of individual, temperature-controlled medications, this secure device for compatible refrigeration supports item-level inventory visibility that is designed to maximize expiration dates to reduce waste and stockouts at the points of care and within pharmacies. Available for international end 2025.
XT Amplify is intended to enable all healthcare facilities, regardless of where they are in their adoption and utilisation of Omnicell’s XT Automated Dispensing System, to solve important challenges today and into the future.
